About the role
- Oversee all maintenance and remodeling projects for high-end residential properties
- Communicate with clients to determine project scope, timeline and provide estimates
- Daily communication with crew, customers, subcontractors and vendors
- Collaborate with owner, co-workers, customers and subcontractors/vendors to ensure project progression
- Manage and oversee multiple properties and projects
- Manage crew to ensure property safety protocols and craftsmanship
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with municipalities and handle permitting processes
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of high-end residential construction, maintenance and remodeling
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, subcontractors and vendors
- Strong time and task management skills
- Computer / technology proficiency (BuilderTrend or similar estimating software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to work as a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
