About the role
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to understand their goals and translate them into system solutions by turning business requirements into clear functional specs and solution recommendations
- Process Enablement & Automation: Translate business needs into system workflows and automation, helping reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
- Project Execution: Support new tool implementations, system migrations, and process improvements, ensuring GTM teams have the tools they need to succeed
- Tool Adoption & Enablement: Proven ability to maximize ROI from GTM tools by performing routine audits, leading onboarding, and ensuring strong user adoption through continuous support and education
- Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation for system processes and provide training or enablement to end users as needed
- Dig into our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo/etc.) to streamline workflows, clean up data, and build scalable processes
- Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the revenue funnel to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness
- Own testing, rollouts, and change management for new features and enhancements
- Build reports and dashboards that give stakeholders visibility into adoption, usage, and performance
- Keep an eye on industry trends and new tools that could give our go-to-market teams an edge
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analyst or similar role in a B2B or fast-growing environment
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes and process-mapping—lead routing, pipeline stages, campaigns, handoffs, and everything in between
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a must) and GTM apps such as CPQ tools, LeanData and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or the like)
- Strong analytical chops and comfortable with data, process mapping, and system design
- Excellent communication skills—you can talk “business” and “tech” and make sure everyone’s on the same page
- A growth mindset: you like trying new approaches, iterating quickly, and learning as you go
