About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the firm’s Peer Review Practice.
  • Coordinate deadlines, manage client communications, prepare engagement documentation.
  • Maintain regulatory and internal databases, support scheduling and workflow processes.
  • Assist with marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Track and monitor peer review deadlines for clients and prospective clients.
  • Serve as an administrative point of contact for peer review clients and prospects.
  • Prepare quotes, engagement letters, invoices, and transmittal materials.
  • Maintain and update records in PRIMA and other internal tracking systems.
  • Support engagement selection processes and organize required documentation.
  • Assist with outreach to prospective firms and maintain prospect activity tracking.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative, project coordination, or professional services support experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a CPA firm, accounting environment, or regulated/professional services setting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with database management and document tracking systems preferred.
