About the role
- Source and close new advertisers for the Klink Offerwall
- Build and manage a strong U.S. sales pipeline
- Bring in consumer apps and online services across fintech, gaming, lifestyle, productivity, and digital services
- Leverage your existing advertiser relationships and warm network
- Negotiate performance-based budgets (CPA, CPE, CPI, revenue-share)
- Work directly with the founders on growth strategy and product feedback
- Help shape Klink’s U.S. acquisition strategy as we scale.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in business development, partnerships, ad tech, or performance marketing
- Strong background in ad networks, affiliate networks, mobile user acquisition, or offerwalls
- A proven ability to close advertisers with meaningful budgets
- Existing relationships with decision-makers at consumer apps (fintech, gaming, utilities, ecommerce, etc.)
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance KPIs
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup — scrappy, independent, and outcome-focused
- Experience working with U.S.-based partners and brands.
