As a (Junior) Affiliate Marketing & Growth Partnerships Manager you’ll own our affiliate, referral and strategic partner channels end-to-end.
Design, launch and scale a global affiliate program for publishers, influencers, KOLs and content creators.
Recruit, onboard and activate high-value partners; negotiate commercial terms and payout models.
Continuously scout emerging communities (Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram, podcasts, niche forums) for user-acquisition potential.
Pitch and close co-marketing or integration deals that funnel traffic into the Klink offerwall.
Serve as the day-to-day contact for affiliate and brand partners, ensuring smooth launches, prompt payouts and clear success metrics.
Create quarterly growth plans with top partners and coordinate cross-promo campaigns.
Monitor cohort and funnel performance via GA4 / Mixpanel / SQL dashboards; iterate creatives, landing pages and reward structures to boost conversion.
A/B test messaging and incentives across partner channels; share learnings with Product & Design.
Own tracking integrity (UTMs, postbacks, S2S) across web and mobile; maintain affiliate compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.
Work with Community on influencer activations, with Product on growth loops, and with Legal/Finance on contract and payout flows.
Requirements
Partnership prowess: Previous experience growing affiliate or partnership programs in fintech, gaming, web3, or consumer apps.
Curious growth mindset: relentless about exploring new platforms and creative angles to reach users.
Business-development skills: confident in outreach, pitching and negotiating win-win deals with global partners.
Data affinity: comfortable writing SQL or using BI tools to surface insights and drive decisions.
Tech stack familiarity: GA4 / Mixpanel, Branch / AppsFlyer, typical affiliate-tracking platforms.
Communication: clear, persuasive written and spoken English; able to present directly to founders and investors.
Nice-to-haves: web3 or crypto user-funnel knowledge, experience leveraging AI tools for partner discovery or campaign optimisation.
