About the role
- Accompany and support patients during surgical procedures.
- Assist with all OR processes in pre‑ and post‑operative preparation.
- Collaborate closely with all professional groups.
- Maintain a patient‑centered approach, treating patients as individuals.
Requirements
- State‑recognized qualification as a Surgical/Operating Room Assistant (m/f/d) or as a Nursing Professional (m/f/d) in your country of origin.
- Willingness to work shift duty in the operating room for at least 29 hours per week.
- Ideally several years of professional experience in your home country.
- Proof of German language ability with a B1 certificate (telc).
- Possess the relevant deficit notice (Defizitbescheid) from the recognition authority.
