About the role

  • Own the end-to-end user experience and design process, from discovery and research through prototyping, interaction design, testing, and optimisation
  • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing (primarily in German), synthesising insights into clear product decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to design solutions that balance user value, feasibility, and quality
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that are ready for implementation
  • Create and maintain information architecture, scalable UI patterns, and design systems
  • Design data-heavy workflows and insights that help non-expert users understand and act on complex information

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio of user-centred digital products
  • Proven ability to work across discovery and delivery, contributing to product direction while executing independently
  • Strong experience with user research, including planning, conducting, and synthesising qualitative research
  • Fluency in both English and German, with the ability to independently conduct user interviews and testing
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
  • Experience designing complex or data-heavy interfaces for non-expert users
  • Experience with B2B2C products, platforms, or multi-stakeholder systems
  • Experience using AI-assisted design or product tools (e.g. Claude, Vercel, Lovable, or similar) to support research, prototyping, and iteration
  • Available to co-create in our Berlin office several days per week.
