About the role

  • Collaborate with VP Group Account Director and assume a leadership role within Client Service
  • Manage overall portfolio/group of accounts, driving overall client success
  • Develop and manage a team of client service professionals
  • Take financial responsibility for assigned client(s) and brand(s); forecasting and budget/staff planning
  • Manage project execution to ensure processes are followed and projects comply with regulatory requirements
  • Manage tight deadlines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail and flawless execution
  • Review and manage project budgets under your direction to success
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering programs
  • Identify opportunities to bring value to client businesses and articulate brand objectives into recommendations
  • Contribute to the development of the account plan for each client
  • Setup, lead, and run client meetings; provide follow-up and recap notes
  • Work with Project Management to review and create scopes of work
  • Travel to clients as needed (mainly US and Canada)

Requirements

  • 10+ years client service experience in the advertising industry
  • 5+ Years pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience
  • Comfortable managing 8-12M+ in scope of business
  • Experience working with multiple clients and brands or managing one large piece of business
  • Experience building relationships with multiple clients at the Director/Sr. Director level
  • Proven ability to grow client business
  • Identifying client business objectives and account planning
  • Setup, lead, and run client meetings, provide follow-up and recap notes
  • In partnership with Project Management, review and create scopes of work
  • Client Feedback: Gaining clarity on changes/markups and communicating back to internal teams effectively
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • An understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry in the US
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work
  • University degree is required, MBA preferred
  • Travel: As needed travel to clients, mainly in the US and Canada
  • Valid passport is required
