About the role
- Lead integrated strategy on client engagements, delivering high-quality strategic output
- Identify, recommend, and implement novel ideas within client engagements
- Lead internal multi-craft team sessions and act as a bridge to other crafts
- Manage workflow, anticipate resource spikes, and monitor scoping, staffing, and billability
- Manage and coach staff, drive 1:1s, goal setting, reviews, and continual performance dialogues
- Build and manage internal and external relationships; grow demand for Strategy internally and externally
- Contribute to the culture, mindset, and capabilities of the Strategy craft and drive its ongoing evolution
- Engage with clients through storytelling, diplomacy, and clear presentation of POV and recommendations
Requirements
- University degree, with a focus in business or science; MBA preferred
- 12-15 years+ of experience in marketing, with the majority in U.S. healthcare marketing in an agency role
- Intellectual curiosity and affinity for creative problem solving
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Track record of progressive leadership experience
- Comfort and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work
- Ability to manage workflow, anticipate/manage resource spikes, and coordinate with other Strategy leads
- Experience managing, coaching, and conducting 1:1s, goal setting, and performance reviews with direct reports
