Permanent, Full-time Media Operations Coordinator role at Klick Health
Manage trafficking process for key clients and ensure seamless ad delivery
Organize and maintain creative assets within the ad server
Implement third-party tags and collaborate with partners
Conduct internal Quality Assurance and Editorial reviews before campaigns go live
Work closely with analytics team to guarantee proper tracking and tagging
Communicate with media vending partners to facilitate campaign launches
Participate in inter-department meetings including kick-offs and status updates
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in a Media or Ads Operations role, demonstrating your understanding of the field
Proficiency in managing spreadsheets, preparing reports, and providing clerical support
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
The ability to work under minimal supervision within tight timelines
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Optimism, drive, empathy, trustworthiness, and kindness
Bonus: experience with Pharma regulations, previous employment with a digital media agency, knowledge of ad serving platforms, experience with (DoubleClick) Campaign Manager, Google Certifications
