About the role
- Participate in projects on behalf of transport stakeholders
- Lead strategic assignments with significant political and financial stakes
- Oversee competitive procurement procedures for road and rail networks
- Oversee the deployment of new ticketing distribution systems and user services
- Conduct organizational and financial audits of contracts, agreements, and planning frameworks
- Perform technical and economic analysis of contracts
- Coordinate institutional consultations for the development of territorial mobility planning documents
- Supervise and manage a team of consultants
- Contribute to the firm’s business development
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, IEP, or university
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience gained in a consulting or audit firm, or with a transport operator
- Good understanding of mobility challenges
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Sound analytical skills, ability to synthesize, strong written and interpersonal skills
- Strong client service orientation
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills
- Interest in working in a demanding, human-scale organization that recognizes talent
