• Plan, schedule, and execute drayage moves — port pickups, rail ramp transfers, transloads, and last-mile deliveries — across a high-volume, multimodal shipment portfolio
• Manage container free time, chassis availability, demurrage, and detention exposure across multiple terminals and steamship lines with a sharp eye on cost
• Draw on multimodal experience to coordinate across carrier networks and deliver seamless end-to-end solutions
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers — proactive communication, real-time exception management, and consistent follow-through
• Leverage our proprietary platform, third-party TMS, and ThoughtSpot analytics to track shipments, surface insights, and stay ahead of exceptions
• Review, audit, and dispute carrier invoices including accessorials, demurrage, and per diem with precision and documentation to back it up
• Perform key administrative functions: maintain shipment records, manage documentation workflows, generate daily exception and KPI reports, and ensure data integrity across systems
• Support carrier onboarding, carrier coordination, and relationship development
