About the role
- Own and drive product adoption at scale by designing and executing user-facing enablement formats
- Continuously improve onboarding, activation and adoption flows
- Enable users to succeed independently by building actionable guidance
- Build and maintain Klar’s education ecosystem
- Collect and synthesize user feedback and usage data
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience in product enablement, consulting, customer success, product operations, BI or analytics
- Excellent at turning complexity into clarity, especially with data and metrics
- Comfortable working hands-on with tools and data
- Ability to work independently and own outcomes end-to-end
- Enjoy creating user-facing content (written, visual or interactive)
- Strong bias toward learning and continuous improvement
