About the role
- Engage with prospective business clients and be the first point of contact
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities, fueling the sales pipeline to accelerate B2B growth
- Gain insight into fintech go-to-market strategies and build a strong sales funnel
- Prospect leads, qualify them, and guide them through the enrollment process
- Generate a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects with a high credit approval rate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g., payments, lending, , KYC)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
