About the role
- Work closely with our marketing team to execute innovative influencer campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring smooth communication, campaign alignment, and performance tracking
- Manage day-to-day communication with influencers, ensuring consistent, clear, and professional engagement
- Independently manage small portfolios of influencers, handling logistics, deliverables, and support needs
- Ensure influencer expectations are aligned with campaign requirements and messaging goals
- Contribute to campaign briefs with a focus on creative and strategic alignment
- Monitor influencer performance across platforms and campaigns, identifying high and low performers
- Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) to assess and report on ROI
- Ensure all influencer content complies with Klar’s brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Review and flag content that may pose brand, legal, or reputational risks
Requirements
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously
- Passionate about influencer marketing, digital trends, and the fintech space
- Comfortable with data, KPIs, and using insights to optimize campaign performance
- Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced team environment
- Advanced English level
