• Support the team in monitoring cases, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, and organizing documents;
• Assist in preparing reports, emails and memoranda;
• Perform external diligences at courthouses, tribunals and other public offices;
• Assist in updating the case tracking system and other case management systems used by the department;
• Conduct research on legal doctrine and case law;
• Emphasis on matters related to debt recovery and high-volume portfolios;

Legal Intern – Civil Litigation

• Identify customer technical needs from both advanced technical nodes and advanced packaging areas.
• Offer SensArray solutions to win business and support customer needs.
• Well-understand SensArray product knowledge & sales process to bridge customer and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities, risks under ambiguity customer environment, and develop strategy to manage account.
• Build and deepen customer relationships with internal high-level management team.
• Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals.
• Responsible for KLA product shipment slots management on assigned accounts.
