About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administrative and legal functions within the real estate area;
- Assist in obtaining certificates for legal audits;
- Maintain and update Excel data spreadsheets;
- Conduct inquiries at registry offices and maintain periodic contact regarding updates to procedures;
- Assist with contract registration;
- Assist in checking powers of attorney and sending documents and contracts for electronic signature through online portals;
- Assist with organizing documents and preparing reports;
- Assist in hiring and processing payments for correspondent attorneys, accountants and others;
- Issue and forward payment slips (boletos);
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree, without OAB registration;
- Experience as a Paralegal in Real Estate;
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel;
