About the role
- Provide strategic leadership for large-scale, high‑risk enterprise infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Accountable for overall program performance in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Lead weekly program reviews, oversee issue tracking and escalations, and proactively manage risks.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by clearly communicating project status, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
- Define and manage project goals, milestones, and commitments, while delivering accurate, timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct cross‑functional project teams and coordinate deliverables across multiple organizations.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess project risk, performance, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure successful outcomes across customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance metrics.
- Contribute to and lead PMO initiatives, including resource alignment, process optimization, and project prioritization.
- Mentor and coach project managers to strengthen delivery capability and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading multiple large-scale technical initiatives concurrently.
- Deep expertise across IT infrastructure and enterprise business application domains.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience engaging senior leaders and diverse partners.
- Exceptional planning, prioritization, and time management skills, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- High degree of adaptability, with the ability to manage ambiguity and respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
