About the role
- Conduct pre-installation meetings to understand and document customer-specific requirements
- Develop action plans to meet unique customer needs and validate deliverables
- Perform full system installations to meet KLA specifications, including physical install and connection, precision alignment and calibration, wafer handler robot setup, and teaching
- Troubleshoot complex system issues using data analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Lead post-installation meetings to verify tool performance and ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver training on new product installations to global customer support teams
Requirements
- Technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Familiarity with pneumatics, mechanics, electronics, radio frequency technology, metrology, and laser technologies is desirable
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across software, electronic, optical, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in computer systems and operating environments (e.g., MS Windows)
