About the role
- Responsible for the timely and successful installation of KLA products at customer sites
- Scheduling of resources and management of the overall installation process
- Directly manages a team of Product Install Engineers and Application Engineers
- Oversee installation performance to ensure projects are completed according to plan
- Proactively escalate issues to appropriate functional groups
- Participate in SAMs and communicate project status to all stakeholders
Requirements
- BS/MS degree with applicable experience
- 3-5 years of work experience in supporting comparable capital equipment for the semiconductor industry
- Project management and organizational skills
- Written and oral communication is both clear and concise
- Superior presentation skills
- Good interpersonal/communication skills in understanding customer needs.
