Advising and drafting legal opinions in Civil and Commercial Law;
Managing administrative and judicial proceedings before all State and Federal courts and administrative agencies nationwide, as well as domestic and international arbitration proceedings and other dispute resolution processes;
Analyzing and assessing contractual and non-contractual risks and liabilities;
Conducting legal due diligence with a focus on the contentious/administrative aspects of companies involved in corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, corporate and managerial reorganizations, among others).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law;
Active OAB registration obtained between 2019 and 2022;
Fluent English;
Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas;
Previous experience working at a law firm;
Prior experience in strategic civil litigation and arbitration is essential;
Advanced English is essential.
