About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and research potential new customers (e.g., companies, hospitals, care facilities)
Own and maintain a structured lead pipeline in the CRM system
Qualify leads based on defined criteria
Make initial telephone contact with potential customers (cold calling)
Schedule and prepare the content for appointments for the field sales team
Use digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems)
Work closely with the sales team and continuously optimize target customer outreach

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in sales, inside sales, telesales or customer service required
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone outreach
Affinity for digital tools and CRM systems required
Business-fluent German is essential for seamless communication
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
