About the role

  • Create and continuously develop event, conference and catering proposals, as well as contracts and other relevant documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire event lifecycle
  • Ensure professional information flow between clients, operations and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and coordinate run sheets, staffing and equipment requirements
  • Manage on-site event execution including setup, logistics, catering and coordination of external vendors while ensuring adherence to our quality standards
  • Provide operational troubleshooting and confidently manage deviations from plans
  • Coordinate daily operations by managing interfaces between company catering, barista services and the events department
  • Support room bookings, additional orders and last-minute requests
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Assist with billing, post-event cost calculations and performance documentation

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in event management, hotel management, hospitality or a comparable qualification is required
  • Experience in events, conferences or catering, ideally within a modern campus or corporate environment
  • Solid understanding of cost calculations, pricing logic and operational workflows
  • Routine use of common systems (conference portal, CRM, Office tools) is required
