About the role

  • First point of contact for the commercial management on all financial/commercial matters
  • Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, forecasts and other financial analyses
  • Report results to divisional management and the holding company's executive management
  • Coordinate the annual planning process for short- and medium-term financial planning
  • Prepare variance analyses (planned vs. actual), ad-hoc analyses and forecasts
  • Contribute to special projects and the further development of existing tools and processes

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, economics or a related field required, ideally with a focus on controlling/management accounting
  • Several years of relevant experience in controlling required, preferably in a personnel-intensive service sector
  • Analytical thinking and an understanding of complex financial interrelationships necessary
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel) and solid user knowledge of standard ERP systems essential
  • Ideally, experience with SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Fluent German and English skills for seamless communication and understanding of English-language materials
