About the role

  • Responsible for acquiring new customers
  • Promote our concepts and inspire customers
  • Prepare analyses, cost calculations, concepts and proposals
  • Prepare for and conduct negotiations through to contract signing
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with key customers to ensure long-term customer retention and to build a suitable network
  • Monitor competitors and the market; gather information on tendering plans and other targeted acquisition opportunities

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, a commercial apprenticeship, or an equivalent qualification required
  • Some sales experience and a passion for networking are essential
  • Excellent written and spoken German required for flawless internal and external communication
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required—for example, for preparing analyses
  • Interest in and understanding of cleaning solutions desirable
  • Willingness to travel regionally required to attend sales appointments
