About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinates, aids in and directs implementation of external and internal quality improvement programs
Direct collaboration with the quality, operations and process engineering departments
Lead by example - promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive safety improvements through risk identification and elimination
Point of contact for specific internal plant quality improvement initiatives involving card manufacturing operations
Primary resource for direct card customers, providing field support when needed
Maintain and improve product and process quality
Drive the corrective action process
Conduct departmental audits to determine compliance to SOPs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university
Four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
