About the role
- Monitoring and performing electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on existing equipment, ensuring its optimal operation
- Participating in development and investment projects for new equipment and infrastructure
- Managing teams, time and resources
- Controlling and scheduling maintenance operations
- Managing and optimizing costs to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- General knowledge of machine maintenance and report writing (preferred)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Determination and commitment to achieving objectives
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Initiative, dynamism, proactivity and the ability to work under pressure
