Social Media Manager

• Strategy development: creating social media strategies that reflect the objectives and values of our clients
• Audience identification and setting goals for the social media presence
• Content development: producing engaging, aesthetic, and relevant content for various social media platforms (Meta, partly LinkedIn)
• Planning content calendars and campaigns
• Community management: actively engaging with the community, responding to comments, messages and feedback. Nurturing and building relationships with followers and clients
• Monitoring and analysis: tracking social media activity and trends. Analyzing metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and derive insights to optimize the strategy
• Crisis management: early detection of potential crises and development of action plans. Responding to negative comments or feedback
• Cross-department collaboration: coordinating with marketing, PR and sales teams, as well as developers, graphic designers and printing partners
• Integration of social media into overall marketing strategies
• Advertising and campaigns: (desirable but not required) planning and executing social media ad campaigns. Managing budgets and evaluating campaign performance
• Building influencer relationships: identifying and reaching out to influencers for partnerships. Coordinating influencer marketing campaigns
• Platform management: updating profiles and pages across platforms. Staying informed about algorithm changes and adjusting strategy accordingly
• Education and development: ongoing professional development in social media and digital marketing
• Legal compliance: ensuring compliance with data protection and copyright regulations. Avoiding legal risks related to social media activities
• Trend monitoring: identifying new trends and developments in the social media landscape and adapting the strategy to remain relevant and up to date.
