About the role
- Client-centered rehabilitation process management tailored to competencies and needs
- Development and ongoing updating of a structured rehabilitation plan
- Organization, planning and development of needs-based support programs and concepts
- Active and responsible support, guidance and counseling of young people in meeting vocational requirements
- Close collaboration with all staff involved in vocational qualification processes and with external stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Social Pedagogy, Social Work, Curative Education (Heilpädagogik) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience working with young adults with socio-emotional impairments is an advantage
- Valid driving license (Class B) preferred
