About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You analyze relevant KPIs of the respective business units and derive well-founded recommendations for management
- You act as a sparring partner and business partner for the individual departments
- You prepare, develop and further automate various reports
- You play a key role in building and maintaining BI solutions, ideally using Power BI
- You support budget planning, forecasts and variance analyses
- You work with the business units to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensuring and continuously improving reporting processes is also part of your responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Finance, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in controlling or in a comparable analytical role, e.g., as a Business Analyst
- Very strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- Solid knowledge of reporting
- Experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI, is an advantage
- Proficient in Excel
- Structured, independent working style, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Good command of English is desirable
