About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You analyze relevant KPIs of the respective business units and derive well-founded recommendations for management
  • You act as a sparring partner and business partner for the individual departments
  • You prepare, develop and further automate various reports
  • You play a key role in building and maintaining BI solutions, ideally using Power BI
  • You support budget planning, forecasts and variance analyses
  • You work with the business units to identify optimization opportunities
  • Ensuring and continuously improving reporting processes is also part of your responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Finance, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in controlling or in a comparable analytical role, e.g., as a Business Analyst
  • Very strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
  • Solid knowledge of reporting
  • Experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI, is an advantage
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Structured, independent working style, strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Good command of English is desirable
