About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You analyze relevant KPIs of the respective business units and derive well-founded recommendations for management
You act as a sparring partner and business partner for the individual departments
You prepare, develop and further automate various reports
You play a key role in building and maintaining BI solutions, ideally using Power BI
You support budget planning, forecasts and variance analyses
You work with the business units to identify optimization opportunities
Ensuring and continuously improving reporting processes is also part of your responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Finance, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in controlling or in a comparable analytical role, e.g., as a Business Analyst
Very strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
Solid knowledge of reporting
Experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI, is an advantage
Proficient in Excel
Structured, independent working style, strong communication skills and assertiveness
Good command of English is desirable
