About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and coach managers on all HR and leadership matters.
- Strategically develop HR processes (e.g., in recruiting, talent management, or performance management).
- Support change processes (change management) and help teams grow in a structured way.
- Support the entire employee life cycle — from onboarding to the issuance of employment references.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and act as a point of contact for employees.
- Maintain HR master data and prepare monthly payroll.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid professional experience in HR.
- Preferably experience in operational HR administration and in advising managers.
- Strong hands-on mentality.
- Good knowledge of German labor law.
- Confident user of HR software tools.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Confident presence when interacting with management.
