About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You analyze relevant key metrics of the respective business units and derive well-founded recommendations for management
You serve as a business partner and sparring partner to the individual departments
You create, develop and further automate various reports
You are significantly involved in building and maintaining BI solutions, ideally using Power BI
You support budget planning, forecasts and variance analyses
Together with the departments, you identify optimization opportunities
Ensuring and continuously improving reporting processes is also part of your responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Controlling/Finance, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in controlling or a comparable analytical role, e.g., as a Business Analyst
Very strong analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
Solid knowledge in reporting
Experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI, is an advantage
Strong Excel skills
Structured, independent working style as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
Good English skills are desirable
