HR Administrator, Focus: Payroll – Time Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Time management is the focus: You ensure proper data quality in ATOSS and independently set up new shift systems.
- Payroll interface: In collaboration with an external full-service partner, you manage the monthly payroll in compliance with all legal and collective agreement requirements.
- Administration: You handle onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee master data and calculate allowances and subsidies (including tax and social security checks).
- Networker: You are a competent contact person for authorities, social security agencies and associations.
- Process designer: You support the year-end closing of the company pension scheme and actively drive the digitalization of HR processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial/business qualification, ideally complemented by further training in human resources
- At least 3–5 years of solid practical experience in payroll processing and a sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- Confident user of ATOSS and common Microsoft Office applications
- Ideally familiar with the collective agreements of the Metal and Electrical Industry (e.g. North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), Baden-Württemberg (BW) or Saxony-Anhalt (ST))
- You work in a structured manner, are resilient and appreciate working in a dynamic team.
