About the role
- With experience, a willingness to take responsibility and diplomatic tact, you will advise and conduct negotiations with our client's partners
- Independently drafting and reviewing contracts with business partners and banks are also part of your responsibilities
- Legal advice to specialist departments and management
- Advising on external financing
- Legal support for various projects in the context of acquisitions and disposals
Requirements
- 1st and 2nd State Law Examinations (Staatsexamen) are required
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience – preferably in an (international) commercial law firm or the legal department of an international company
- General knowledge and experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts
- You work precisely, take responsibility for your work and coordinate independently with all stakeholders
- You drive projects forward on your own initiative, have a solution-oriented way of working and remain calm under time pressure
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and communicate clearly and openly
- You have business fluent English skills, both written and spoken
