About the role

  • Prospect for new accounts based on industry intelligence and proactive networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads from the marketing pipeline and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand customer needs in detail.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations via Zoom.
  • Create proposals and contracts to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the sales process through contracting and handoff for implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience selling life science software or services to Pharma and/or Med Device Sponsor teams is required.
  • Specific experience selling Quality (QMS), Clinical (eTMF), Regulatory (RIM) & Document (DMS) solutions is a plus.
  • Comfortable working at a fast-moving, venture-backed company.
