About the role
- Prospect for new accounts based on industry intelligence and proactive networking.
- Qualify inbound leads from the marketing pipeline and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand customer needs in detail.
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations via Zoom.
- Create proposals and contracts to meet customer needs.
- Manage the sales process through contracting and handoff for implementation.
Requirements
- Experience selling life science software or services to Pharma and/or Med Device Sponsor teams is required.
- Specific experience selling Quality (QMS), Clinical (eTMF), Regulatory (RIM) & Document (DMS) solutions is a plus.
- Comfortable working at a fast-moving, venture-backed company.
