About the role
- Audit and organize past Kiva email designs in Figma.
- Analyze email performance using Looker, Google Sheets, and Iterable.
- Tag and document creative elements (tone, imagery, CTAs, structure) across campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager to analyze and compare engagement data against creative elements.
- Participate in creative brainstorms.
- Explore story archives to find inspiring quotes and story snippets for future campaigns.
- Research competitor email marketing campaigns.
- Create an “Insights Report” identifying trends and translating into creative recommendations for future campaigns.
- Lead campaign retrospectives, summarizing creative performance, key learnings, and actionable recommendations for future tests
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age or older by January 13, 2026
- Able to commit to the full 6-month term
- Intermediate skills in Looker, Google Sheets, Figma, and Iterable
- Strong critical thinking, with an eye for detail, and ownership of your work
- Enjoys problem-solving and relationship building
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proactive and able to work independently
- Highly organized individual with an aptitude for working in a start-up environment.
