About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and maintain compliance with all Amazon US product listing policies.
Own the relationship with Amazon compliance teams and manage any listing suppression.
Ensure all product detail pages, A+ content, and advertising copy meet Amazon guidelines and FTC requirements.
Track changes to Amazon Terms of Service.
Lead compliance for all international Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, CA, JP, AU, MX).
Manage country-specific labeling and packaging requirements.
Develop and maintain a master labeling matrix by SKU and marketplace.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in e-commerce compliance, regulatory affairs, or marketplace operations.
Amazon-specific experience strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central compliance workflows, including listing health, product safety, and brand registry.
Familiarity with US consumer product regulations (CPSIA, Prop 65, FTC advertising guidelines, FDA cosmetic rules).
Hands-on experience with VAT, EPR, and customs compliance for cross-border e-commerce.
EU and UK experience is a must.
Strong understanding of product labeling requirements across multiple geographies.
Highly organized with obsessive attention to detail — you do not let things slip through the cracks.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent written communication. You can translate dense regulatory language into clear, actionable guidance for non-compliance teammates.
Experience with consumer products (beauty, personal care, health, or wellness) is a strong plus.
