Contribute to the architecture and development of our software platform
Implement frontend features and contribute to backend services, ensuring seamless integration between the user interface and data processing layers
Take ownership of assigned features from development to deployment, managing your own tasks effectively and maintaining a steady delivery pace in an agile environment
Collaborate closely with the product to deliver rapid prototypes and innovative user experiences
Write clean, tested, scalable, and well-documented code
Participate in system design discussions and contribute to the team’s code review process to maintain high quality
Monitor system performance to identify bugs or bottlenecks, working with the team to troubleshoot and ship improvements

Requirements

3-5 years developing software, with foundational knowledge of our tech stack (Git, React and TypeScript, Python, Postgres, and AWS services)
Experience in fast-paced environments such as start-ups or creative agencies
Visual and UX awareness with attention to detail
Ability to help design and create new systems together with senior engineers.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
