About the role
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, venues, etc.).
- Leverage your network and industry connections to establish relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to address their specific business challenges.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record in selling a tech product, ideally to the hospitality industry, with an established network of contacts.
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth startup environment.
- Expertise in business development and consultative selling, with a data-driven approach to building sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in managing CRM systems preferred Hubspot.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly adaptable, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Comfort with cold calling and proactive outreach to build new client relationships.
- Fluent in English and at least two other European language.
