About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Build relationships with local businesses, especially in the foodservice and hospitality industry
Assist in conducting on-site visits to assess needs and introduce Kitchen Guard’s safety services
Present and explain services to potential customers through virtual and in-person meetings
Help prepare proposals and follow up with leads
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong interest in sales and relationship-building
A passion for customer service and helping businesses succeed
Clear and professional communication skills
Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management abilities
Willingness to work in varied environments
Comfortable working at heights, including rooftops
Ability to lift over 40 pounds
Must be able to safely climb ladders as part of site visits and inspections
Sales or customer service experience (especially B2B or in foodservice/hospitality) is preferred
Familiarity with safety services or compliance is a plus
Certifications or education in business, safety, or a related field are helpful but not required.
