About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete onboarding curriculum in Notion and learn Kit’s product ecosystem
  • Use Arrows, Slack, HubSpot, and other tools
  • Review migration SOPs and reference documentation
  • Migrate new Kit customers onto the Kit platform
  • Complete CSV imports, form and landing-page rebuilds, and automation recreation
  • Manage migrations including visual automations, sequences, email templates, integrations, and warm-up plans
  • Collaborate with the Implementations Team, Migration Admins, other Migration Specialists, and Customer Support
  • Communicate with creators through written and verbal channels, including Zoom and Loom walkthroughs
  • Manage multiple concurrent client projects and individual timelines
  • Flag unresponsive creators, at-risk timelines, and scope creep
  • Ensure data mapping accuracy, deliverability, and QA throughout migrations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working knowledge of Kit’s Visual Automation builder, forms/landing pages, tagging, sequences, and API v4 basics
  • CSV data handling and subscriber/tag mapping across source platforms
  • Deliverability fundamentals, including domain authentication, send-history review, and warm-up planning
  • Clear written and verbal communication with creators
  • Comfort using Zoom and Loom for walkthroughs
  • Familiarity with multiple ESP platforms, including Kajabi, Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign, Flodesk, Substack, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Infusionsoft/Keap
  • Comfort working asynchronously across Arrows, Slack, and email
  • Prior experience with email marketing platform migrations or technical onboarding
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects with individual timelines
  • Background supporting technically complex accounts with multiple integrations, custom automations, or large lists
  • Experience working directly with creators or small businesses on customer-facing technical work
  • Comfort with project-based/contract work and invoicing
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, empathetic, reliable, and self-managing approach
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects without heavy day-to-day oversight
  • Ability to set and hold deadlines with non-technical or unresponsive customers
  • Consistent availability for milestone-based project work
