About the role

  • Drive high-impact growth initiatives across activation, monetization, and expansion that help creators succeed faster and more predictably.
  • Own key growth surfaces end-to-end - from identifying opportunities to shipping experiments to scaling what works.
  • Own and evolve your product-led growth roadmap with at least 3-5 shipped experiments.
  • Lead hypothesis-driven tests that reduce friction in key workflows.
  • Partner with Data to establish clear success metrics and translate insights into product decisions.
  • Successfully improve a core growth metric (activation, conversion, or expansion).
  • Drive measurable improvement across Kit's growth funnel through systematic experimentation and scaled solutions.

Requirements

  • 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, expansion)
  • Proven track record driving measurable product-led growth in consumer or prosumer products
  • Deep experience with experimentation frameworks and funnel analysis
  • Led growth initiatives from opportunity identification through scaled impact
  • Partnered closely with data science or analytics teams
  • Exposure to platform or lifecycle growth loops
