About the role
- Act as sole sales member to build and prove the go-to-market strategy for a new brand.
- Actively pursue and identify new retail accounts and distribution channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to validate GTM approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and partners.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to refine strategies.
- Provide market feedback to inform product and business decisions.
- Drive initial sales growth for the brand.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Comfortable working independently as the sole salesperson.
- Proven ability to open new accounts and build relationships from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
