About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Full ownership of sales – from initial cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to signed contracts
- Refine the ICP, prioritize target segments, and further develop the sales strategy for the DACH market
- Hone sales processes, playbooks, and CRM structures so what you implement becomes scalable
- Provide direct market feedback to the founding team: you are the voice of the customer and will influence our product
- Long-term: build and lead a sales team – you decide whom we hire and how we train them
- Represent kiresult at trade shows, events, and within the procurement community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales – ideally at an early-stage startup or scale-up in the procurement or finance space
- You have closed deals yourself – not only supported them
- Experience selling to mid-market / enterprise customers is a strong plus
- You know how to convince CPOs, CFOs, and IT stakeholders simultaneously
- Affinity for data and processes: you don't just build a deal pipeline, you measure and optimize it
- German at native level – our market is DACH; English business fluent
- Self-starter DNA: you don't need perfect infrastructure to get started
