About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and design engaging social media posts with a strong eye for design and detail
  • Develop motion graphics and animations to present brand messages dynamically
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into visual concepts
  • Experiment with AI tools to produce innovative designs and graphics
  • Monitor current design trends and integrate new ideas into the social media strategy
  • Produce simple video formats such as Reels, Shorts and Stories in the medium term
  • Expand motion and video editing capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or vocational training in Graphic/Communication Design, Media Design, or comparable practical experience
  • 2+ years of relevant design experience (agency or in-house)
  • Portfolio/work samples required
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and formats — especially Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn — including safe areas, legibility, hook logic and format sizes
  • Confident user of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and/or Figma and Canva
  • Strong skills in typography, layout, visual language, brand identity/corporate design (CI/CD) and the ability to design under time pressure without sacrificing quality
  • Initial experience with simple video formats such as Reels, Shorts and Stories, or a strong willingness to develop these skills
  • Experience with CapCut or Premiere, clean exports and platform-appropriate hooks
  • Experience with AI tools in the design process (e.g., Magnific, Firefly, Claude or Nano Bana), or genuine curiosity to work with them
  • Understanding of how design variations support paid social/testing; performance marketing expertise is not required
  • Photo/video basics, including look & feel and clean exports
  • High quality standards combined with pragmatic speed
  • Self-organization, prioritization and accurate work across parallel projects
  • Team player, open to feedback and solution-focused
  • Curious about trends but not prone to following every hype blindly
