About the role

  • You create brand-consistent, platform-appropriate and scalable social content.
  • Current focus is on strong static assets & template systems.
  • Static social design: posts, carousels, stories, key visuals, ad visuals, banners, thumbnails.
  • Template & system design: development of social design systems (brand identity logic, layout grids, typography, color & icon systems).
  • Adaptations & variants: formats, languages, platform specs; variants for testing.
  • Design support in the editorial process: visualizing concepts/ideas, quick sketches, clean handovers.
  • Quality & brand fit: brand consistency, mobile-first readability, export standards and clean file structure.
  • Collaboration: close coordination with Social Media Management / Content / Editorial teams.

Requirements

  • Degree or training in Graphic/Communication Design, Media Design, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of relevant design experience (agency or in-house) – portfolio/work samples required
  • Strong understanding of social platforms & formats (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their requirements (safe areas, legibility, hook logic, format sizes)
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma and Canva
  • Strong in typography, layout, visual language, brand identity (CI/CD) and designing under time pressure (without loss of quality)
  • High quality standards combined with pragmatic speed
  • Self-organization, prioritization, and clean work across parallel projects
  • Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, solution-focused
  • Curious about trends (without jumping on every hype)
