About the role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for educators adopting Kira
  • Conduct school visits, classroom demonstrations, and educator check-ins to support adoption
  • Identify opportunities to deepen and expand Kira usage within partner schools
  • Lead professional learning sessions across formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and virtual trainings
  • Support onboarding and implementation training for new schools and districts
  • Represent Kira at regional and national education conferences
  • Lead or co-present conference sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations
  • Engage educators at Kira booths and community meetups
  • Support the Kira educator ambassador network and build relationships with teacher leaders
  • Engage with educators in community discussions, events, and online spaces
  • Contribute to blog posts, webinars, podcasts, and educator resources

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, or educator leader
  • Experience delivering professional development or educator training
  • Strong public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Comfort demonstrating instructional technology tools
  • Passion for helping educators innovate and improve learning outcomes
Benefits
  • Travel will include school visits, regional educator events, and national conferences, with travel levels varying seasonally and expected to range between 30–50% of the role.
