About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor for educators adopting Kira
- Conduct school visits, classroom demonstrations, and educator check-ins to support adoption
- Identify opportunities to deepen and expand Kira usage within partner schools
- Lead professional learning sessions across formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and virtual trainings
- Support onboarding and implementation training for new schools and districts
- Represent Kira at regional and national education conferences
- Lead or co-present conference sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations
- Engage educators at Kira booths and community meetups
- Support the Kira educator ambassador network and build relationships with teacher leaders
- Engage with educators in community discussions, events, and online spaces
- Contribute to blog posts, webinars, podcasts, and educator resources
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, or educator leader
- Experience delivering professional development or educator training
- Strong public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Comfort demonstrating instructional technology tools
- Passion for helping educators innovate and improve learning outcomes
Benefits
