About the role

  • Design and manage core systems (e.g., trackers) to capture and monitor progress against network anchor measures
  • Own the development and evolution of continuous improvement tools to meet stakeholder needs across multiple teams and regions
  • Partner with Chiefs of Staff and Data & Technology to identify new system requirements and oversee implementation
  • Lead multiple, annual monitoring workstreams that ensure accountability to organizational goals
  • Track follow-through on action steps from progress monitoring meetings and proactively remove barriers or escalate issues
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen alignment and efficiency across KF teams
  • Conduct interviews, analyze data, and identify bright spots and barriers in school and regional performance
  • Synthesize insights into clear findings that can inform leadership decisions and shape ongoing improvement cycles
  • Draft regular reports and presentations highlighting progress, gaps, and next steps for the Schools Leadership Team, Regional Superintendents, and Office of the President
  • Coordinate with internal and regional stakeholders to ensure data and insights are communicated effectively and consistently
  • Create compelling communications that make complex information actionable for leaders across the network
  • Report to the Senior Director, Continuous Improvement and support the Schools Team in improving student outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years work experience in an education system (district, CMO)
  • Experience with academic monitoring and data systems preferred
  • Excellent written communication as demonstrated by work product examples
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including intermediate Excel) and Teams
  • Baseline knowledge of the field of Continuous Improvement and how systems improve
  • Expertise in qualitative data systems and tracking, reporting, analysis, data processing, data management, and quality assurance practices
  • Capacity to build trackers to share data with relevant stakeholders
  • Effective stakeholder management, coalition-building, and communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize data and use insights to inform decisions and actions
  • Skilled in project planning, execution, delegation, and knowledge management
  • Experience leading change management and creating communications plans
  • Continuous learning mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent years of work experience encouraged to apply
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
