About the role
- Design and manage core systems (e.g., trackers) to capture and monitor progress against network anchor measures
- Own the development and evolution of continuous improvement tools to meet stakeholder needs across multiple teams and regions
- Partner with Chiefs of Staff and Data & Technology to identify new system requirements and oversee implementation
- Lead multiple, annual monitoring workstreams that ensure accountability to organizational goals
- Track follow-through on action steps from progress monitoring meetings and proactively remove barriers or escalate issues
- Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen alignment and efficiency across KF teams
- Conduct interviews, analyze data, and identify bright spots and barriers in school and regional performance
- Synthesize insights into clear findings that can inform leadership decisions and shape ongoing improvement cycles
- Draft regular reports and presentations highlighting progress, gaps, and next steps for the Schools Leadership Team, Regional Superintendents, and Office of the President
- Coordinate with internal and regional stakeholders to ensure data and insights are communicated effectively and consistently
- Create compelling communications that make complex information actionable for leaders across the network
- Report to the Senior Director, Continuous Improvement and support the Schools Team in improving student outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years work experience in an education system (district, CMO)
- Experience with academic monitoring and data systems preferred
- Excellent written communication as demonstrated by work product examples
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including intermediate Excel) and Teams
- Baseline knowledge of the field of Continuous Improvement and how systems improve
- Expertise in qualitative data systems and tracking, reporting, analysis, data processing, data management, and quality assurance practices
- Capacity to build trackers to share data with relevant stakeholders
- Effective stakeholder management, coalition-building, and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize data and use insights to inform decisions and actions
- Skilled in project planning, execution, delegation, and knowledge management
- Experience leading change management and creating communications plans
- Continuous learning mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent years of work experience encouraged to apply
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
