About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, risk registers, and budgets
Establish and maintain project governance structures
Lead and motivate project teams
Develop and implement resource management plans
Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities
Ensure contractual schedule alignment with all stakeholders
Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans
Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address concerns
Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
Manage vendor performance and resolve any disputes
Review and implement contract management plans
Manage change orders and contract modifications
Develop and manage project budgets
Track project expenses and analyze variances
Develop and implement cost control measures
Forecast project costs and resource needs
Prepare financial reports and presentations
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in material handling industry
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Strong Project Management background
Team leadership and facilitation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects
