Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience
Significant experience in material handling, automation, warehouse operations, solution development, engineering, or consulting leadership
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical or consulting professionals
Advanced knowledge of material handling technologies, automation systems, and software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex operational challenges and solution alternatives
Expertise in automation solution development, concept validation, and system building
Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences
Adaptable leader with PMP, Lean, or related certifications preferred
Ability to travel up to 30%. May include international travel.
